They comprehensively benchmarked our salaries and benefits, taking into account the factors unique to our business. We realised we needed to overhaul our Board Appraisal process as the previous version was no longer working for us. We specified that we needed an appraisal that was robust, met best practice governance requirements and was not about onerous box ticking.
