Chair of Audit & Risk Committee
Two Saints’ mission is to significantly improve the lives of those who are homeless, vulnerable or in need of support, by providing high quality, effective and reliable housing, support and learning services. We are a specialist housing association based in Fareham, Hampshire and we operate across Berkshire, Hampshire (including Portsmouth and Southampton) the Isle of Wight and West Sussex.
We currently own or manage approximately 500 bed spaces in 50 buildings and we employ around 250 talented and experienced people.
2020 will see the launch of our new 3 year strategy, so this non-executive role provides the opportunity to be in at the beginning of this new phase of our journey.
As Chair of Audit & Risk Committee, you will provide strong and effective leadership and shape our approach to risk management and our audit activity. As a member of the Board, you will demonstrate a strong commitment to our vision and values and be passionate about the delivery of excellent services for homeless and vulnerable people.
We are looking for someone who has experience in risk, financial and audit matters and who has worked in a regulated environment. We welcome applicants from all sectors as long as you can demonstrate an understanding of our business and the associated risks, and can apply your skills in the housing/homelessness arena.

Board & Committee meetings are held in Eastleigh, Hampshire. There are three Audit & Risk Committee meetings and four Board meetings per year, plus two strategy/away days.
